meeting was useful as it meant we followed the set procedure for labelling and packaging our office equipment to ensure a smooth relocation to the new office. The crew carried out the move great, everything arrived, put in the correct location and nothing damaged. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We used Links Removals to move from London to Dorset. I found the initial estimate process straightforward; a member of the team came and assessed how much space/time it would take to move our furniture and other items and provided a quote in a timely fashion. On the day the team arrived and worked quickly to remove the items taking note of anything precious and adding additional wrapping to these items. We had a minor hiccup when an item of furniture was accidentally damaged in the move. Movers immediately came and notified us of this problem, and took images to notify the office. We then had straightforward sensible communication with the Company Director to ensure reimbursement for replacement. At all times the service was polite, courteous and the communication was responsive. I would not hesitate to use Links Removals again in future.
